The home is located in a quiet section of the island on a corner lot, with property to the north and south undeveloped which provides a peaceful setting for a relaxing vacation. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature trees, palms and flowering plants. The one bedroom, one loft bedroom and one bathroom home is constructed with local hardwoods and has an old time Caribbean feel. It is just a short walk down a sandy lane to our private beach overlooking the ocean.

Located on a sandy lane in a quiet section of the island just a couple of blocks to the ocean. it is a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride into town. We recently purchased an ocean front lot so guests have access to private beach area.

Holiday Season Dec 19th - Jan 4th $199 US
Standard Rate All other dates $149 US

Discounts: 8 nights or more $179 nightly, 9 nights or more $179 nightly.

Two night minimum stay, seven night minimum stay during Holiday Season (Saturday – Saturday). Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change). There is a $50 cleaning fee. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Is the standard NO REFUND for same day cancellation 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
