Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax, and are based on Double Occupancy (1-2 people). 50% due at booking, 2nd half due 30 days prior to arrival, cancellation policy is 30 days. There is a $35 cleaning fee. Bikes available $5 per day or $25 per week.
