Casa Tranquila is a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath concrete house with loft area. It has balconies off both bedrooms for a great view and breeze,and a hammock to relax in on the main balcony.

It offers all the amenities, fully screened rooms, a fully equipped kitchen for those at-home meals you might desire, a fully furnished living room with cable television and WiFi. It also has a small work out area in the loft, for those of you who just cannot completely relax on vacation!

Located on the quiet side of the caye, south of the main village and just north of the airstrip, you are no more than a 15 minute walk anywhere on the island. The house has two bedrooms, two baths, and sleeps up to seven people.

Holiday Season
Dec 20th to Jan 4th $199 US per night

Summer Season
June 1st to Aug 31st $129 US per night

Fall Season
Sept 1st to Nov 14th $99 US per night

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change), and are based on occupancy of four, $20 per night per person for more than four. Couples rates are available. There is a $45 US cleaning fee. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Is the standard NO REFUND for same day cancellation 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
