Brand new spacious styled accommodations located in the tranquil residential section of Caye Caulker. These apartments are finished to a very high standard and offer many little bonus touches to give you that extra degree of comfort. The house is set is a tropical wonderland full of birds, plants and iguana's!

There are two apartments here, one that the owner keeps for himself on the top floor and one that we rent for him on the middle floor. It has two air conditioned bedrooms with stunning, spacious layout. The use of the rooftop terrace is for you too! Sip cocktails or have a BBQ - the choice is yours.

It is only a 10 minute walk to the village. Bikes and Golf carts are readily available for rent around the island at reasonable rates.

Two Bedroom May 1st - Oct 31st $120 US
One Bedroom Nov 1st - Apr 30th $100 US

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change).

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy is 30 days and 60 days over the Christmas Holidays.
